Great movement
I was worried about switching from plain elbow pads to a connected elbow pad and forearm guard, but these have great movement. They're very light and comfortable to wear. I can leave them connected to my gambeson and it makes gearing up faster.

Got these for tournament readiness, and was worried about movement restriction, but found they move very easily and don't restrict me at all. Very light, easy to wear. Provided solid protection
