North Armoury Academy – Enrollment & Training Policy

Please read this policy carefully before registering for any class or training program.

Enrollment is offered through class passes, memberships, or drop-in sessions, depending on the product selected.
Your spot in class is reserved upon purchase. Students are responsible for attending the classes available to them under their selected registration option.

All class purchases, class passes, memberships, and drop-in sessions are final sale.
Once enrolled, your spot is reserved and cannot be refunded.

Students are expected to attend class regularly and use their purchased classes within the period attached to their registration.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they are expected to notify North Armoury Academy in advance whenever possible. Advance notice helps us plan class structure, partner drills, equipment needs, and instructor support.
Missed classes are not refunded. Missed classes are not automatically credited, transferred, extended, or carried over.
Providing notice of an absence does not guarantee a make-up class, credit, refund, extension, or adjustment. However, notice may be considered if a student later requests an exception due to illness, injury, emergency, or another significant circumstance.
Repeated missed classes, repeated late cancellations, casual scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend without notice will not normally qualify for an extension, credit, or adjustment.
For class passes, unused classes may expire if they are not used within the stated pass period. Students are responsible for managing their schedule and attending the classes available to them.
North Armoury Academy may consider a limited extension or adjustment in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, injury, unavoidable emergency, or another significant disruption. These adjustments are not guaranteed and must be approved by North Armoury Academy.

Enrollment may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
Deferrals, credits, extensions, or adjustments are not guaranteed and will only be considered at the discretion of North Armoury Academy.

If a class is cancelled by North Armoury Academy, such as due to instructor illness, facility issue, or another operational reason, a make-up class, credit, extension, or rescheduled class will be provided.
This applies only when the class is cancelled by North Armoury Academy.

Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to train.
Late arrivals may be asked to sit out portions of class for safety reasons, particularly if warm-up has been missed.
No adjustments will be made for missed time due to lateness.

All participants are expected to follow the Code of Conduct and instructor guidance at all times.
Students who fail to meet these expectations may be removed from class or the program.
In such cases, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

By registering for any class or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Enrollment & Training Policy.
