North Armoury Academy – Enrollment & Training Policy
Please read this policy carefully before registering for any class or training program.
1. Enrollment Structure
- Enrollment is offered as a fixed training block (e.g. 8-week program) or as a drop-in session, depending on the product selected.
- Your spot in class is reserved upon purchase.
2. Payments and Final Sale
- All class purchases, training blocks, and memberships are final sale.
- Once enrolled, your spot is reserved and cannot be refunded.
3. Attendance and Missed Classes
- Students are responsible for attending the sessions they register for.
- Missed classes are not refunded, credited, or carried over.
4. Transfers and Deferrals
- Enrollment may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
- Deferrals, credits, or adjustments are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of North Armoury Academy.
5. Class Cancellations
- If a class is cancelled by North Armoury Academy (e.g. instructor illness or facility issue), a make-up class, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
- This is the only circumstance in which adjustments may be issued.
6. Participation and Punctuality
- Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to train.
- Late arrivals may be asked to sit out portions of class for safety reasons, particularly if warm-up has been missed.
- No adjustments will be made for missed time due to lateness.
7. Conduct and Removal
- All participants are expected to follow the Code of Conduct and instructor guidance at all times.
- Students who fail to meet these expectations may be removed from class or the program.
- In such cases, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
8. Agreement to Terms
By registering for any class or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Enrollment & Training Policy.
