Custom Order Policy – Please Read Before Submitting
Custom orders are made specifically for you and carry a higher degree of risk than standard products. Due to the nature of made-to-order gear and apparel, there is always the possibility of manufacturing inconsistencies or fit issues — even when correct measurements and details are provided.
We will work closely with you to ensure that sizing, specs, and other requirements are submitted accurately to the manufacturer. However, once your order is placed, North Armoury is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by the manufacturer, including sizing deviations or material variations. By submitting a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All custom orders are FINAL SALE
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered for any reason once the order has been submitted
- We cannot guarantee a perfect fit or outcome, even with accurate measurements
- It is your responsibility to review and confirm all details before placing your order
